These rates will be in effect from 1/1/2008 to 12/31/2008. All new site agreements will be for one year. Storing your RV on site is $100 per month (units may not be connected to electric, water, and sewer).
Cancellation Policy

Florida Parks Deposit Policy
A $250 deposit is due at the time that the reservation is made. Reservations with total balances less than $250 must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Balances due in full prior to arrival at property.
Florida Parks Cancellation Policy
Reservations during the Winter Season (November 1st to March 31st) that are cancelled prior to October 1st are eligible to receive a full camping credit or a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. All reservation cancelled after October 1st are non refundable.
Reservations during the Summer Season (April 1st to October 31st) that are cancelled with at least 21 days notice are eligible to receive a full camping credit or a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with 7 to 20 days notice are eligible to receive a full camping credit for a future stay (No cash refunds). Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will receive no refunds or camping credits.
All Full Hook Up RV Sites most with 20' x 50' concrete slabs. Smallest lot size 40' x 65'. All RV Sites 30 & 50 amp.

Choosing a home base here is truly hassle and worry free. Landscape your site, your lawn will be mowed while you are away. Sheds are allowed, so save on carry unnecessary items around with you, some have washer/dryers installed.
